Add demo dataset with all Logical Types and Semantic Tagging

- We should have a dataset (mock or real), that has all the possible Logical Types. Once it has all the possible Logical Types, it would then have all the possible standard Semantic Tags-
- There are also some semantic Tags which are not standard, but you could add to a column (secondary_time_index).
- We should make sure this dataset sets these for the applicable columns.
