Linked text is not the year for statutes with numbers (and optionally brackets) in the title (in-line citation: (title, year))

What happened:
The in-line citation of laws is (title, year) rather than (author, year). If the title contains years (numbers), the link is not assigned to the year (of enactment) but also to parts of the title. The exact link text depends on the presence of closing brackets in the title.

How to reproduce:
Create items of type "Statute" with title (name of act), date enacted, optionally author etc.

Examples: resulting link text in bold font

1. single year as YYYY, with closing bracket in title

2. multiple years as YYYY, no closing bracket in title
