Help appreciated

I have followed all the instructions to run zoterolinkcitation and there seems to be a problem

Doc transferred from google doc to word, no problem. Works fine, can edit refs etc.

Macro added; instructions good, thanks, but returns with error.

Asks if I want to run debug Y/N (it doesn't seem to work with either option)

Then: XML Parse error: invalid at the top level of the document
Then: Only supports 'fields' type

I have done everything I can think of with zotero. Fields is selected.

I know nothing about code or this kind of thing. I was just asked to provide in-text links for this project if possible.

Any pointers appreciated.
