Hyperlink to examples in README does not render in Info

### Emacs version and provenance

You're doing some advanced stuff in the Makefile and README.org to generate the Info file. There is a link in the README that points example.org, but it does not wind up in the generated Info file making that section worthless. Can it be fixed? Perhaps a "#+INCLUDE" rather than a hyperlink?
