Need for Pantalaimon how-to guide

Despite Pantalaimon's having several man pages about different aspects of the project, it lacks a step-by-step how-to guide, so new Ement users seem to have to resort to a process of trial-and-error, usually asking for help in `#ement.el:matrix.org`. It would be helpful if we could include a short, simple how-to guide somewhere in the Ement documentation, or at least a link to one.

Unless someone else contributes such a guide, I'd like to ask its author if we could include a version of it in Ement's own documentation (so we wouldn't risk linkrot).
