Description
I was asking on #emacs-devel for a logging library without getting a useful reply and this library was actually presented on the list in 2023:
https://github.com/Fuco1/emacs-lgr
I think this would be an essential tool for any more complex Emacs package.

Research direction
Search the handbook for existing package recommendations or logging guidance, then review the linked emacs-lgr project to confirm what should be recommended. Done means adding a clear recommendation and link to the appropriate handbook section, with the surrounding documentation still reading consistently.
