Description
What should change?
Proposal is that the default font for the Tech Docs Template should override the Design System to use Arial/Helvetica.
Currently we default to New Transport, which most users of the TDT should not be using as typical internal documentation sites are not part of the GOV.UK proposition.
User need
Compliance with the Service Manual is a straightforward user need, see if your service isn't on GOV.UK.

Research direction
Start by locating the Tech Docs Template's default font configuration and review how it currently selects New Transport. Change the default to Arial/Helvetica in line with the linked Service Manual guidance, then verify that generated documentation uses the new font while GOV.UK styling remains unaffected.
