Description
What
We want to freshen up the Stand-ups process. Proposing a schedule of different types (with / without board, Slack, google meet etc).
Want to balance out different Stand-up styles / sessions throughout the week. Will put together a proposal and give back to team for thumbs up. Want this to be a generally more efficient way of ensuring stand-ups drive work and collaboration.
Also want to add after party sessions to discuss key issues / work after the stand-up
