Final result is empty despite valid partial results

Problem Description
We are using vosk-asterisk for speech recognition. We receive partial results that look correct, but in many cases, even though there were valid partial results before, the final result comes back empty.

Expected Behavior
When there is speech activity, we expect the final field to contain the recognized text, not be empty.
