adding phrase_list

Hi,

the word 'restart' which gives a lot of errors - especially since it comes alone.
the default model that comes with the docker container did not improve when i added phrase_list = ["restart replay","[unk]"] (i'm not even sure what the 'unk' means...)
the vosk-model-en-us-daanzu-20200905 output that it cannot use dynamic graphs

whats the best way to deal with it?
