vosk-model-en-us-0.22-compile needs srilm, but it's gone

The tools/extras/install_srilm.sh is outdated and it's listed in readme as a requirement to compile this model, but that's half the problem.
The new download page http://www.speech.sri.com/projects/srilm/srilm_download2.php
is currently unavailable and just outputs plain text of a php script.
