Description

In GCC source, it is guard by `__BMI2__` and `__x86_64__`, and by design, the 64 bits version PDEP instruction is only available at 64bits mode. So if you build a 32bits library on x86-64 devices (e.g. for Proton), you will get `_pdep_u64` not declared issue.
