Installation error: No module named 'alpaca_mcp_server'

I tried to install alpaca with Claude following this document, https://docs.google.com/document/d/1nkeIlmEHU4rogBpYzrsRV2EeNvOc19a84aH9KxLSVP0/edit?tab=t.0
I created a conda environment and did the prerequisuits and in the end, seen through step 8 until "Installation complete".
However, when I restarted Claude, there was an error message "server disconnected" and when I open the mcp-server-alpaca.log, it says the error comes from this:
from alpaca_mcp_server.helpers import (
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'alpaca_mcp_server'

What's the cause of this error? Is it about the conda env?
