Add dynamic map zones

The map zones module should be much more dynamic, so admins can create new types of map zones using a configuration file. Each type of mapzone will be defined by attributes (for example: start or stop the timer when you arrive it, allow prespeeding, allow long jump, is checkpoint, etc). Those attributes will be provided by other modules of the timer.
