Cannot access external variables in For-Of Loop (Including globals declared with 'use' keyword)

In **Spider .1.5**, I noticed some unexpected behavior.
You cannot access external variables in a **for-of loop**.

The following code exhibits the error.
Compiling the loop will cause errors for **console**, **myObj**, and **somethingElse**.

use console;

var myObj = {first: 1, second: 2, third: 3};
var somethingElse = "Something Else";

for key of myObj {
console.log(myObj[key]);
console.log(somethingElse);
}
```
