Description
I have read the other issues regarding opening the calendar in a ionic modal.
e.g. https://github.com/alongubkin/angular-datepicker/issues/20
I can get it opening ok when NOT in a modal, it isnt clear though whether the issue has been resolved as i can't get it to work?
