Collapse all sections

When working with a large volume of expanded sections and environments, even when collapsing at each available top level, it can be cumbersome and take time to collapse all individual sections. This user experience could be enhanced by providing a 'collapse all' mechanism that completes this action in a single click.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the report UI that renders expanded sections and environments, then verify that one control collapses every visible section in a single click.
