Popup counter is misaligned in Firefox in trend chart

**Describe the bug**
When I hover over the Trend graph, the popup with passed/broken/failed counts is misaligned in Firefox.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Overview page of the generated report with some history.
2. Hover over the Trend chart
3. Observe the popup.

**Expected behavior**
The popup should appear with the "arrow" pointing to the vertical line denoting the specific historical run.

Firefox 83.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10.

Reproduce the issue on the Overview page by hovering over the Trend chart in Firefox 83 on the linked example report. Trace the frontend rendering of the counts popup and compare its position with the historical run’s vertical line; done means the popup arrow points to that line in Firefox without breaking the chart behavior.
