Overview based on TmsLink or Issue (number)

It would be nice if we can generate an overview page based on TmsLink or Issue-number. We can have more insights on the coverage if we have such overview.

I'm thinking that the overview should contain:
TmsLink-ID | method name | fail/pass state

Do you also think this is useful?

I would like to contribute, but were should we add it? in this project or allure-maven?

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. First clarify whether the overview belongs in allure2 or allure-maven and define how TmsLink or issue numbers map to methods and pass/fail states; done would be a generated overview containing those fields.
