### Description
I would like to have migration support for settings/config from the Yoast SEO plugin to wp-seo v2 to make the transition easier and more comprehensive.
### Use Case
When a migration to wp-seo is needed, the settings/config would be maintained.
### Comments
For an MVP implement using WP-CLI, since we expect this will be a major operation involving a lot of data.
