Allow FM Group to specify required child fields

Allow a `Fieldmanager_Group` to specify one or more child fields that must be non-empty in order to save the group. This would allow `Fieldmanager_Select` fields within the group to use `first_empty => false`. Here's an example


ISBN is the field we _really_ care about here. So we can discard the value of Edition Type if the ISBN field is empty.
