Add Native Query Monitor Integration

### Description

Currently, our solution for integrating with Query Monitor relies on Query Monitor's support for Debug Bar hooks, and is named [debug-bar-searchpress](https://github.com/alleyinteractive/debug-bar-searchpress). We should create a native Query Monitor integration for SearchPress and make it available as part of the core plugin rather than requiring an additional plugin to be installed.

### Use Case

As a developer, I want to know what information was collected into a query, what was sent to Elasticsearch, and what was returned in the result.
