### Description
See image below showing the describe function highlighted in red. The IDE is asking me to install the types. Can we add it by default as an enhancement please. One less thing to think about.
Also need to update tsconfig but we don't enforce RTL testing library to maybe optional? https://github.com/testing-library/jest-dom/issues/546#issuecomment-1800436478
### Use Case
As I consumer of this template I want it to work out the box without needing further configuration for necessary features like testing with TypeScript.
