### Description
The scaffolder currently has two features: `create-wordpress-project` and `create-wordpress-plugin`.
We should add `create-wordpress-theme` as a feature so that developers can easily scaffold out new themes, in addition to projects and plugins.
### Use Case
1. Install `@alleyinteractive/scaffolder` or utilize `npx @alleyinteractive/scaffolder`
2. Notice that the current features are `create-wordpress-project` and `create-wordpress-plugin`, but `create-wordpress-theme` doesn't currently exist as a feature
