I'm seeing errors when installing `scispacy`. It shows errors building `blis`, which is already installed. I see no other messages that seem actionable, so I'm considering that our entire environment may be the cause.
We're running with a VENV using `Python 3.13` and` spaCy 3.8.7`.
Are they supported by scispacy and its models? We need `en_core_sci_lg` for model training.
