How to use this code to test a pre_trained model？

I saw pre-trained model weights released in https://github.com/allenai/procthor-models, but there is no model architecture, and there is no introduction on how to use the released model weights for testing. How should I use this code for testing? Can you post how to use it? Thank you very much!
