cannot download dataset file using lfs clone

When I use `git lfs clone git@github.com:allenai/procthor-10k.git` or ` git lfs fetch git@github.com:allenai/procthor-10k.git` command in git bash GUI or cmd of Windows, the dowloading process of 3 lfs files got stuck and stays 0% always。
Problems occur like that `Downloading LFS objects: 0% (0/3), 0 B | 0 B/s`
If another way to download 3 dateset files(test/train/val.jsonl.gz) like google drive could be provided,I would be very grateful.
