Incorporate changes from the pdffigures2 project and use the same to build the ScienceParse

Can you please guide if how can I build and compile the code using SBT in the ScienceParse in the Parser Java class after having made changes in Figure extractor.scala in the pdffigures2 project which includes the given project.

My question is I want to build and compile the scala code of the pdffigures project and want the same to be used in the ScienceParse project. Any light in this direction would be useful.
