Working through e.g. FinetuneOlmoEarthSegmentation.md will result in errors such as `ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'geopandas'` using the `python` commands (mixed in with `python3`) and it is preferable to `uv run`. Perhaps there is a reason for the current approach, but if not I recommend this change wherever uv is used
