First of all, great work on this project — it looks really solid.
I’ve been trying to deploy olmOCR to Google Cloud but haven’t had success so far.
Could you please provide clear step-by-step instructions (or an example) for deploying it via Docker on Google Cloud?
This would be extremely helpful for others who want to run olmOCR in a production environment using GCP.
