For the downstream task dataset OpenEntity, TACRED, SemEval2010 Task 8, and WiC, I can find the download link of [TACRED](https://huggingface.co/datasets/xiaobendanyn/tacred/tree/main),
[WiC](https://pilehvar.github.io/wic/),
[SemEval2010 Task 8](https://huggingface.co/datasets/sem_eval_2010_task_8),
but the download link of [OpenEntity ](http://nlp.cs.washington.edu/entity_type/data/ultrafine_acl18.tar.gz)is inaccessible, could you provide us the OpenEntity dataset?
