I'm keen to get some insight into why the different approach here vs [sentinel2_vessels](https://github.com/allenai/rslearn_projects/blob/master/docs/sentinel2_vessels.md) where the model is a FasterRCNN which is [quite optimised](https://github.com/allenai/rslearn/blob/master/rslearn/models/faster_rcnn.py), and a second model predicts shape etc
