run-demo.py doesn't exist

I've gone through the demo branch tutorial, but when running `python run-demo.py` after training and testing there is an error message:
`python: can't open file 'run-demo.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory`
Is this a problem with my setup, or an issue with conflicts between branches?
