Allow server owners to configure how mottos are handled. In other words, give server owners placeholders for the motto formatting.

```
MOTTO_FORMAT = {team-name} | {motto}
```

This would return

```
allejo (Awesome Team | >/dev/bacon)
```

Where `Awesome Team` is my team name and `>/dev/bacon` is my personal motto.
