### Expected behavior
It would be nice to have an "Operations" tab on VM description page as we have on Hardware one.
In order to get all Incidents/Changes/Problems related to this Virtual Server, directly from VM description page.
### Actual behavior
No "operations" tab is displayed, we have to make a search from All Operations page.
### Environment
* Ralph version: 20230511.1
* Operating system: Ubuntu Bionic
* Method of installation: Deb package
