Add Rack from DC Visualisation doesn't work

When I try to add a new rack from DC Visualisation I get an error:
Not Found: /api/rack
[23/Jun/2017 17:43:38] "POST /api/rack HTTP/1.1" 404 81389

There is no new rack in the rack list, also when I return to DC Vis./Server Room view
