Pole **“tax”** w ofercie jest odpowiedzialne za definiowanie stawki VAT dla Polski. [12 kwietnia 2023 oznaczyliśmy je jako deprecated](https://developer.allegro.pl/news/wprowadzamy-zmiany-w-deklarowaniu-stawki-vat-w-ofercie-D7lnKDXDOCE), ponieważ tego dnia udostępniliśmy nowe pole **“taxSettings”**, które różni się strukturą oraz umożliwia określenie stawek VAT także na inne kraje.

**Jakie zmiany wprowadzimy?**

18.07.2024 usuniemy pole **“tax”** w ofercie. Stawkę VAT od tego dnia zdefiniujesz wyłącznie w polu **“taxSettings”**. Wartości, które przekażesz nam w “tax”, będziemy ignorować.

Pole “tax” usuniemy z:

* [PATCH /sale/product-offers/{offerId}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/editProductOffers),
* [POST /sale/product-offers](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/createProductOffers).

The offer **“tax”** field is responsible for defining the VAT rate for Poland. [On April 12, 2023, we marked it as deprecated](https://developer.allegro.pl/news/wprowadzamy-zmiany-w-deklarowaniu-stawki-vat-w-ofercie-D7lnKDXDOCE), because on that day we introduced a new field “taxSettings”, which differs in structure and allows you to define VAT rates for other countries.

**What will we change?**

On July 18, 2024 we will remove the **“tax”** field from the offer. From this date, the VAT rate will be possible to define only in the **“taxSettings”** field. We will ignore the values provided in the "tax" field.

**What endpoints will be affected by the change?**

We will remove the “tax” field from:
* [GET /sale/product-offers/{offerId](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/getProductOffer)},
* [PATCH /sale/product-offers/{offerId}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/editProductOffers),
* [POST /sale/product-offers](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/createProductOffers).
