Od 10 maja zmodyfikujemy pole **“prices.market”** w zgłoszeniach ofert do kampanii, programów specjalnych i oznaczeń Allegro.

**Jak to działa obecnie?**

Za pomocą [POST /sale/badges](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/postBadges) zgłaszasz ofertę do wybranej kampanii. W polu **“prices.market.amount”** musisz ustalić cenę rynkową za oferowany przedmiot. Na liście ofert wyświetlimy ją jako przekreśloną.

**Co zmienimy 10 maja?**

Jeśli skorzystasz z [POST /sale/badges](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/postBadges) i przekażesz w polu **“prices.market.amount”** cenę rynkową - zignorujemy ją. Natomiast w odpowiedzi zwrócimy wyliczoną przez nas najniższą cenę sprzedaży w ofercie z ostatnich 30 dni. Cena ta zostanie wyświetlona jako przekreślona.

W trzecim kwartale planujemy usunąć pole **“prices.market”**, o czym poinformujemy w osobnym komunikacie.

**Ważne!** Oferty z aktywnych kampanii, które zostały dodane przed 10 maja, zostaną z nich usunięte.

**Dlaczego wprowadzamy zmianę?**

W maju 2022, zgodnie z [dyrektywą Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady Unii Europejskiej](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/PL/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32019L2161) zmienią się przepisy związane z ochroną konsumentów. Dzięki nowym zapisom kupujący będą mogli realizować bardziej świadome zakupy. Zgodnie z nowym prawem w bardziej bezpośredni sposób będą informowani m.in. o działaniach marketingowych oraz o tym, czy zakupy realizują u przedsiębiorcy, czy u osoby prywatnej.

From May 10th, 2022 we will modify the **"prices.market"** field in offers for campaigns, special programs and Allegro badges.

**How does it work now?**

Using [POST /sale/badges](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/postBadges) you can submit an offer to the chosen campaign. In the **“prices.market.amount”** field you need to set a market price for the item you are offering. In the list of offers, we will display it with a crossed out price.

**What will we change on May 10th, 2022?**

If you use [POST /sale/badges](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/postBadges) and provide a market price in the **“prices.market.amount”** field - we will ignore it. However, in the response, we will return the lowest selling price in the offer for the last 30 days, calculated by us. It will be displayed as a crossed out price.

In the third quarter, we plan to remove the **"prices.market"** field. We will inform you about it in a separate announcement.

**Note!** The offers that were added before May 10 will be removed from the active campaigns.

**Why are we making a change?**

In May 2022, in accordance with [the directive of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32019L2161), the provisions related to consumer protection will change. Thanks to the new provisions, buyers will be able to make more informed purchases. According to the new law, they will be informed in a more direct way, inter alia, about marketing activities and whether they purchase from an entrepreneur or a private individual.
