[NEWS] Wyłączyliśmy ostatnie metody WebAPI / We have disabled the last WebAPI methods

Zgodnie z naszymi [wcześniejszymi zapowiedziami](https://github.com/allegro/allegro-api/issues/3718) od dziś nie skorzystasz już z WebAPI, wyłączyliśmy ostatnie metody:

- doGetMyPaymentsInfo,
- doRequestPayout,
- doQueryAllSysStatus,
- doQuerySysStatus,
- doLogin,
- doLoginEnc,
- doLoginWithAccessToken,
- doGetCountries,
- doGetStatesInfo,
- doGetSystemTime.

Od teraz możesz korzystać tylko z zasobów [Allegro REST API](https://developer.allegro.pl/about/).

**W najbliższym czasie będziemy usuwać stare, krótkie klucze WebAPI**. Klucze te nie mają już żadnego zastosowania - nie działają z REST API. Nie będziemy wykonywać żadnych zmian z aktualnymi Client ID. W niedalekiej przyszłości usuniemy także stronę [Allegro WebAPI](https://allegro.pl/webapi).

From now on you can use only [Allegro REST API resources](https://developer.allegro.pl/en/about/).

**We will start removing the old, short WebAPI keys in the near future**. These keys no longer have any use - they are not working in REST API. We will not make any changes with the current Client IDs. We will also remove our [Allegro WebAPI page](https://allegro.pl/webapi/?lang=en) soon.
