[NEWS] Zwroty klienckie - 8 kwietnia 2026 dodamy nowe powody odrzucenia zwrotu / Customer Returns - on April 8, 2026, we will add new refund rejection reasons

Dodamy cztery nowe powody odrzucenia zwrotu wpłaty. **Od 8 kwietnia 2026**, dla [POST /order/customer-returns/{customerReturnId}/rejection](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/rejectCustomerReturnRefund), w polu **"rejection.code"** będziesz mógł przekazać również poniższe wartości:

- **ITEM_MISMATCH** - zwrot niewłaściwego towaru, zwrócony towar nie odpowiada towarowi zgłoszonemu w zwrocie,
- **BUSINESS_PURCHASE** - zakup na firmę, zakup na spółkę, a w przypadku jednoosobowej działalności - zakup o charakterze zawodowym,
- **NO_RETURN_RIGHT** - towar nie podlega zwrotowi, np. rozpieczętowane towary higieniczne, treści cyfrowe, albo towary wykonane na indywidualne zamówienie kupującego.

We will add four new reasons for rejecting a refund. **From April 8, 2026,** for [POST /order/customer-returns/{customerReturnId}/rejection](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/rejectCustomerReturnRefund), you will also be able to provide the following values in the **"rejection.code"** field:

- **ITEM_MISMATCH** - return of the incorrect product, the returned goods does not match the product reported for return,
- **BUSINESS_PURCHASE** - business purchase, purchase for a company, and in the case of a sole proprietorship - a purchase of a professional nature,
- **NO_RETURN_RIGHT** - no right to return, e.g., unsealed hygiene products, digital content, or products made to the buyer's individual order.
