**Kto będzie mógł udostępnić oferty w serwisie business.allegro.pl?**

Wszyscy sprzedający, którzy wystawiają oferty na [allegro.pl](https://allegro.pl), [allegro.cz](https://allegro.cz), [allegro.sk](https://allegro.sk), [allegro.hu](https://allegro.hu) po spełnieniu warunków kwalifikacji. Sam marketplace B2B nie jest serwisem bazowym, co oznacza, że sprzedający nie wystawią na nim bezpośrednio swoich ofert.

**Jakie warunki musi spełnić oferta, aby została wyświetlona w serwisie business.allegro.pl?**

Aby oferta została wyświetlona w Allegro Business, sprzedawca musi:
- wystawiać fakturę do tej oferty
- w przypadku ofert z fakturą VAT oferta musi mieć uzupełnioną stawkę VAT, obowiązującą:
- w danym kraju (w przypadku sprzedawców z lokalnego rynku)
- zgodną z krajem wysyłki towaru (w przypadku sprzedawców zagranicznych z UE).

Tym samym, jeżeli sprzedający zechce zrezygnować z udostępniania oferty na rynku dodatkowym typu B2B, zrobi to poprzez usunięcie opcji wystawienia faktury z oferty lub stawki VAT.

W przypadku sprzedawców zagranicznych dodatkowo sprawdzamy posiadanie aktywnego numeru VAT UE w bazie VIES. Weryfikacja VIES odbywa się co 30 dni.

**Kiedy udostępnimy serwis?**

Serwis B2B **business.allegro.pl** będzie dostępny od **26 sierpnia 2025**. Wcześniej uruchomimy proces kwalifikacji ofert do widoczności dla serwisu **"allegro-business-pl"**.

**Jak wygląda zarządzanie ceną w serwisie business.allegro.pl?**

Cena w serwisie dodatkowym B2B będzie taka sama jak w serwisie bazowym B2C - automatycznie ją skopiujemy. Jeśli sprzedający zmieni cenę na rynku bazowym, to automatycznie edytujemy ją na rynku dodatkowym B2B. **Zablokujemy możliwość definiowania innej ceny niż w serwisie bazowym**. Jeśli jednak sprzedający poda cenę w polu **"additionalMarketplaces.{marketplaceId}.sellingMode.price"**, musi być ona taka sama jak w polu **"sellingMode.price.amount"**, w innym wypadku zwrócimy błąd 422.

Oferty z oznaczoną stawką VAT będziemy wyświetlać na business.allegro.pl z dwiema cenami:
- netto, która wyliczymy na podstawie ceny brutto oraz podanej stawki VAT
- brutto, którą sprzedawca podał na ofercie.

Dla serwisu **business.allegro.pl** cena netto będzie wyświetlana jako główna, natomiast cena brutto będzie ceną dodatkową.

The **business.allegro.pl** service will be an additional business-to-business (B2B) marketplace for businesses.

**Who can display offers on business.allegro.pl?**

All sellers listing on [allegro.pl](https://allegro.pl), [allegro.cz](https://allegro.cz), [allegro.sk](https://allegro.sk), [allegro.hu](https://allegro.hu) after meeting the eligibility requirements. The B2B marketplace itself is not a base marketplace, which means that sellers will not directly list their offers on it.

**What conditions must an offer meet to be displayed on business.allegro.pl?**

For an offer to be displayed in Allegro Business, the seller must:
- issue an invoice for this offer
- in the case of offers with a VAT invoice, the offer must have the VAT rate completed, applicable:
- in the country (in the case of sellers from the local market)
- consistent with the country of shipment of the goods (in the case of foreign sellers from the EU).

Thus, if a seller wishes to opt out of displaying an offer on a B2B secondary market, they will do so by removing the invoice option from the offer or VAT rate.

For foreign sellers, we additionally verify that they have an active EU VAT number in the VIES database. VIES verification takes place every 30 days.

**When do we make the service available?**

The B2B **business.allegro.pl** service will be available from **August 26, 2025**. Before that, we will start the process of qualifying offers for visibility for the **"allegro-business-pl"** marketplace.

**How does price management look like on business.allegro.pl?**

The price in the B2B secondary site will be the same as in the B2C base site - we will automatically copy it. If the seller changes the price in the base market, we will automatically edit it in the B2B secondary market. **We will block the possibility of defining a different price than in the base marketplace**. But if the seller enters a price in the **"additionalMarketplaces.{marketplaceId}.sellingMode.price"** field, it must be the same as in the **"sellingMode.price.amount"** field, otherwise, we will return error 422.

We will display offers with a marked VAT rate on business.allegro.pl with two prices:
- net, which we will calculate based on the gross price and the given VAT rate
- gross, which the seller provided on the offer.

For **business.allegro.pl**, the net price will be displayed as the main price, while the gross price will be an additional price.
