[NEWS] GPSR - uzupełniliśmy Katalog Produktów o informacje o bezpieczeństwie produktu / GPSR - we have updated the Product Catalog with product safety information

Od **13 grudnia 2024** obowiązuje nowe rozporządzenie Unii Europejskiej [General Product Safety Regulation](https://commission.europa.eu/business-economy-euro/doing-business-eu/eu-product-safety-and-labelling/product-safety_en). Celem GPSR jest pokazanie kupującemu, skąd pochodzi produkt, który może kupić na Allegro. Jednym z jego elementów są informacje o bezpieczeństwie, np. instrukcja obsługi.

**Co dodaliśmy?**

Uwzględnilismy informacje o bezpieczeństwie produktu w kategoriach, gdzie wymagamy GPSR (poza kategoriami "Akcesoria" czy "Pozostałe") . Dlatego gdy tworzysz nową ofertę możesz:

- wybrać produkt z naszego katalogu, automatycznie uzupełnimy wtedy w ofercie informacje o bezpieczeństwie, jeśli są uwzględnione po naszej stronie we wskazanym produkcie,
- użyć globalnych, sugerowanych przez nas, informacji o bezpieczeństwie za pomocą [GET /sale/products](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/getSaleProducts) - wyszukaj odpowiedni produkt i pobierz dane z pola products[].productSafety.

Dane możesz odpowiednio uzupełnić lub zmodyfikować. Pamiętaj, że to sprzedawca ostatecznie ponosi odpowiedzialność za informacje w opublikowanej ofercie.

As of **December 13, 2024,** the new European Union Regulation [General Product Safety Regulation](https://commission.europa.eu/business-economy-euro/doing-business-eu/eu-product-safety-and-labelling/product-safety_en) is in effect. The goal of the GPSR is to show the buyer where the product available on Allegro originates. One of its elements is safety information, e.g. instruction manual.

**What have we added?**

We have included product safety information in the categories where we require GPSR (excluding the "Accessories" and "Other" categories). So, when you create a new offer, you can:
- select a product from our catalog, we will automatically fill in the safety information in the offer, provided that it is available for the selected product,
- use the global, suggested safety attachments with - [GET /sale/products](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/getSaleProducts) – search for the specific product and retrieve the data from the products[].productSafety field.

Data can be completed or modified. Remember that the seller is ultimately responsible for the information in the published offer.
