[NEWS] GPSR - 10 marca 2025 wdrożymy zmiany w zarządzaniu danymi teleadresowymi producenta i osoby odpowiedzialnej / GPSR - On March 10, 2025, we will implement changes to the management of the producer’s and responsible person’s contact information

Od **13 grudnia 2024** obowiązuje nowe rozporządzenie Unii Europejskiej [General Product Safety Regulation](https://commission.europa.eu/business-economy-euro/doing-business-eu/eu-product-safety-and-labelling/product-safety_en). Celem GPSR jest pokazanie kupującemu, skąd pochodzi produkt, który może kupić na Allegro.

**Co zmienimy?**

**10 marca 2025** wprowadzimy zmiany w zarządzaniu danymi teleadresowymi producenta i osoby odpowiedzialnej.

1. Na zasobach do zarządzania danymi teleadresowymi producenta:

- [POST /sale/responsible-producers](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/responsibleProducersPOST),
- [PUT /sale/responsible-producers/{id}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/responsibleProducersPUT),

przynajmniej jedno z pól będzie **obowiązkowe**::

- **“producerData.contact.email”** - adres e-mail producenta,
- **“producerData.contact.formUrl”** - adres URL do formularza kontaktowego producenta.

2. Analogicznie na zasobach do zarządzania osobami odpowiedzialnymi za zgodność produktu z przepisami unijnymi:

- [PUT /sale/responsible-persons/{id}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/responsiblePersonsPUT),

przynajmniej jedno z pól będzie **obowiązkowe**:

- **“personalData.contact.email”** - adres e-mail osoby odpowiedzialnej,
- **“personalData.contact.formUrl”** - adres URL do formularza kontaktowego osoby odpowiedzialnej.

**Dlaczego wprowadzimy zmiany?**

Chcemy, aby nasi sprzedający przekazywali precyzyjne dane kontaktowe producenta i osoby odpowiedzialnej, by ułatwić kupującym późniejszy ewentualny kontakt.

As of **December 13, 2024**, the new European Union Regulation [General Product Safety Regulation](https://commission.europa.eu/business-economy-euro/doing-business-eu/eu-product-safety-and-labelling/product-safety_en) is in effect. On **March 10, 2025**, we will introduce changes to the management of the contact information of the producer and responsible person.

1. On the resources for managing producers’ contact information:

- [PUT /sale/responsible-producers/{id}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation/#operation/responsibleProducersPUT),

at least one of the following fields will be **required**:

- **“producerData.contact.email”** - responsible producer e-mail address,
- **“producerData.contact.formUrl”** - URL to responsible producer contact form.

2. Similarly, on the resources to manage persons responsible for the product’s compliance with EU regulations:

- [POST /sale/responsible-persons](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/responsiblePersonsPOST),
- [PUT /sale/responsible-persons/{id}](https://developer.allegro.pl/documentation#operation/responsiblePersonsPUT),

at least one of the following fields will be **required**:

- **“personalData.contact.email”** - responsible person’s e-mail address,
- **“personalData.contact.formUrl”** - URL to responsible person contact form.

**Why will we make changes?**

We want our sellers to provide precise contact information of the producer and the person responsible to make it easier for buyers to contact them later.
