Custom Branch to PR

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I want the PR of the bot to be PR to the specific branch for example the dev branch.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
An option to change the bot where to PR and base the code.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
As of now, the alternative is to change the branch PR to dev manually.
It breaks the development process when doing that since the base code is always from the main branch, not the specific branch.

**Additional context**
I guess you know what I'm talking about, adding an option for the branch where we can customize where to base the code and submit PR.
