While Browse the SimCCL project, I noticed the SimCCL/tools/alltoall.csv file, which appears to describe a traffic pattern. This has piqued my curiosity.
I'd like to kindly inquire if the data in this file is derived from NCCL's output, or if it was manually generated or created through another method?
