[Integration]: Elixir SDK

### Motivation

This is not a request per-se, it's a promotion, i've been working a lot with AI/Vectors on Elixir lately, so i decided to give a try with ZVec and i had quite good results, so i decided to build a SDK over the C API for it. Hence, i released [Zvex](https://github.com/edlontech/zvex) its not fully battle tested yet but its a good start. So this is just to give a bit more visibility for anyone that wants to build community adapters or also work with the BEAM.
