**Describe the bug**
got error when click deploy or install package
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Aliyun extension -> Function Compute'
2. Click on deploy button under local resource tab
3. See error
**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: windows 10
- VSCode 1.44.0
- Aliyun Serverless Extension Version 1.27.6
