是否可以检测已经存在的 fun 的版本后，再决定是否使用 vsc 的 fun 替换呢

**Describe the bug**
有的用户需要高版本的 fun，但是下载后，vscode 会自动回滚到旧版本

**To Reproduce**
下载新版本，执行 vscode 操作

**Expected behavior**
如果 vscode 的内置版本低于已经存在的 fun，可以考虑不自动替换
