Spring Tool Suite 4 Version: 4.2.2.RELEASE
先安装了 Cloud Toolkit ，之后安装 p3c，重启后工具栏出现对应按钮，但是中英文切换不起作用（依旧显示英文），而且对 java文件使用扫描功能，出现了 P3C Result 和 Rule Detail窗口，但是没有扫描结果（实际该类没有创建者信息）
卸载 Cloud Toolkit 后，重启可以使用中英文切换，并且扫描有结果
