大神，有3个问题想请教一下：
1、怎么查看otter manager的版本信息
2、4.2.14不支持mysql8.0.17的版本吗，因为创建数据源的时候报连接失败，但是在otter manager的服务器上连mysql 8.0.17的数据库就可以。
3、可以从4.2.14升级到4.2.18吗？需要注意什么吗？
